Appointment Rescheduling Policy
To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect the time reserved exclusively for you, please review the following booking policy carefully:
Each appointment may be rescheduled once without penalty, provided sufficient notice is given.
Any additional rescheduling or cancellation beyond the first change will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Appointments that are repeatedly changed block availability for other clients and disrupt the schedule; therefore, multiple changes cannot be accommodated.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and is considered final after the first reschedule.
Failure to attend an appointment or rescheduling beyond the allowed limit will result in loss of deposit, with no exceptions.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations or changes within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations must be confirmed directly with me by phone.
Messages, emails, or booking system changes without prior phone confirmation will not be considered valid cancellations.
Any appointment canceled or changed without proper notice and direct communication will be treated as a late cancellation.
This policy is strictly enforced to protect reserved time and ensure availability for other clients.
